Copper die castings are widely used in automobile manufacturing, internal combustion engines, motorcycles, manufacturing, motor manufacturing, pump manufacturing, transmission machinery, precision instruments, landscaping, electrical construction, architectural and other industries.Copper die casting can be manufactured as a casting auto parts, die casting automotive engine fittings, air conditioning parts, engine cylinder heads, valve rocker arm casting, die casting valve seat, power accessories, die casting motor cover, die casting shell, casting wheel, etc. parts.
Die casting is a professional manufacturing tech for metal forming industry.Fotai can offer Aluminium die casting, zinc die casting, copper die casting. And with the service for post-treatment, such as blasting, polishing, machining, plating, anodizing, as well as good service, we hope we can earn your trust in this field...
For cold chamber process, the molten metal is ladled into the cold chamber for each shot. There is less time exposure of the melt to the plunger walls or the plunger. This is particularly useful for metals such as Aluminum, and Copper (and its alloys) that alloy easily with Iron at the higher temperatures.
For hot chamber process the pressure chamber is connected to the die cavity is immersed permanently in the molten metal. The inlet port of the pressurizing cylinder is uncovered as the plunger moves to the open (unpressurized) position. This allows a new charge of molten metal to fill the cavity and thus can fill the cavity faster than the cold chamber process. The hot chamber process is used for metals of low melting point and high fluidity such as tin, zinc, and lead that tend not to alloy easily with steel at their melt temperatures.
Pressure die casting is a competitive casting method when the components are needed at high volumes or when better tolerances and surface finish are required than can be achieved by gravity die casting. The need for machining is very low due to the close casting tolerances. Heat treatment of pressure die casting is not possible but due to the high rate of solidification the mechanical properties are good.
As a professional investment casting manufacturers manufacturing company, Fotai Machinery has been always doing its best in products and services.
