A National Exam for going abroad

Last week, students of English ,of course, the best students of fourth year as well as those of Oum Elbouaghi met in great universities ( Constantine ) and passed an exam, and the best ones in all Algeria will go and continue their studies in the United States of America.

hhhhhh i guess that last year the best student was sent to China for completting "her" Ma degree
luckly she was Oum El Bouaghi's university and the competition was held in Setif for the classical system
